HYDRO-SPARGER™ DAF
The HYDRO-SPARGER™ DAF is an air injection system designed to replace the air compressor and nozzle system in your current Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) tank. It delivers an ultra-fine bubble (between 0.5 & 5.0 micron in size) via the patented Hydro-Sparger™ non-plugging injector. Utilizing this system will reduce the horsepower consumption of your DAF clarifying unit by as much as 90% and reduce your polymer costs by as much as 75%.

No Assembly Required
The HYDRO-SPARGER™ DAF system requires no assembly at the site other than connecting the supply piping, discharge piping and air piping to the unit and the DAF Clarifier (tank). All units are pre-tested at the factory.
HYDRO-SPARGER™ DAFs are sized to fit your current DAF unit
The size and number of injectors along with the horsepower requirements for your HYDRO-SPARGER™ DAF are determined by the amount of air (SCFM) and the flow rate (GPM) of your current system.
